Step One

You should have received an email from us confirming we are going to be holding a launch weekend for our Shared Ownership homes at L&Q at Brook View. In order to be considered for a viewing, you will need to have your registration and eligibility email from Help to Buy South and registered and been accepted with L&Q.

Step Two

Once you have completed both stages you are able to complete the ‘Request a viewing’ form which asks some basic information on your circumstances. Once you complete the ‘Request a viewing’ form and meet all criteria specified, our sales team may put you in touch with our financial advisor. This is to ensure you will be able to successfully obtain a mortgage and proceed with the sale if you were to be allocated a home. Please note that you will need to complete the ‘Request a viewing’ form by Sunday 20th June at 10am to be considered.

Step Three

Dependent on the outcome of your financial assessment, our sales team will book you in for an appointment at our show home.  Your viewing is an opportunity to ask our sales team any further questions about your prospective house purchase and complete relevant application paperwork. We will then be in touch following the viewing to confirm if you have been allocated a home.

  • We do not work on a first come first served basis and homes are allocated based on eligibility. Unfortunately due to high demand, only customers who are invited by our sales team will be able to view our show home. You can view a virtual tour of our show home at
  • Appointments will be allocated based on when our sales team receive financial qualifications back – we only have a small number of appointments available for the weekend and will be unable to facilitate appointments outside of the dates specified.
  • We are unable to provide individual feedback if your application is unsuccessful. If you do not hear from us please take this as confirmation that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
  • If you currently own a home and are sold subject to contract, you and your chain (if relevant) will need to be in a position to exchange within 28 days before you will be allowed to reserve a Shared Ownership home.
