proven by possession of British\/EU\/EEA Citizenship or a valid UK residency visa<\/li>\n<li>Meet the minimum income and affordability standards &#8211; this will depend on the price of the home you are interested in:\n<ul>\n<li>The minimum income for a studio is \u00a334,690, one bedroom home is \u00a339,935, \u00a345,760 for a two bedroom home and \u00a349,920 for a three bedroom home based on a joint application.<\/li>\n<li>The minimum income for a studio is \u00a340,950, one bedroom home is \u00a346,195, \u00a352,330 for a two bedroom home and \u00a357,225 for a three bedroom home based on a single application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Minimum income requirements should be used as a guide and can vary depending on a household&#8217;s circumstances and financial commitments.
