Undeniably, one of the biggest draws of the charming town of St Neots is their bi-monthly Farm and Craft Market. Set up in 2002, the market is now in its 21st year of trading and is a firm favourite amongst St Neots residents.

The market is held on the second and fourth Saturday of each month and takes place in the Market Square, from 8am – 1pm. All traders are local makers, bakers, crafters and creators, and there is always a hugely diverse range of products on offer. From baked bread and cakes, award-winning fudge, pickles and chutneys to locally-reared meat, flowers, houseplants, soap and beauty products, plus a selection of street food and drink stalls, there truly is something available for all the family.

Amongst the wide mix of stallholders who pitch up at each market are a few popular regulars – here are some of our favourites…

The Fudge Can

Offering a selection of creamy, crumbly luxury fudge, The Fudge Can is a St Neots Farm and Craft Market regular. Handmade with British farm-assured fresh cream, real dairy butter, British sugar and all natural ingredients, The Fudge Can sells a range of delicious, flavoured fudge, from salted caramel brownie and vanilla to caramel latte and fresh cream navy rum and raisin.

Two-time winners of the ‘Great Taste’ food awards, The Fudge Can is not one to be missed if you’re paying the St Neots market a visit!

St Neots Natural Soap

A lovely local business, St Neots Natural Soap have been making handmade soap and bath accessories for over five years. They offer a great range of products, including shampoo and conditioner bars, body lotions, lip balm, bath bombs and body scrubs. All of their soaps are totally synthetic free, made using organic coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter and olive oil. Kind to the planet, all of their products are also packaged without plastic where possible – so you can shop guilt-free.

A great stall for gifts (or even simply treating yourself!), St Neots Natural Soap can be found at every single Farm and Craft Market that takes place.

Joe’s Timber Tables

Perfect for the green-fingered residents of St Neots, another regular at the market is Joe’s Timber Tables – selling a range of beautiful wooden bird tables, feeders and other garden accessories. If you’re looking to revitalise your garden, creepy crawlies will love Joe’s handmade Bug Hotels (and your plants will thank you for it!).
