This week, The Quarry was delighted to welcome Councillor Teresa O\u2019Neill OBE, Leader of the London Borough of Bexley, for a tour of the site in Erith.<\/p>\n

She was joined by the Council\u2019s newly appointed Chief Executive, Jackie Belton, who was visiting the new eco-development for the first time.<\/p>\n

The two council representatives were shown around the third phase of properties, which are currently under construction. Due to launch late 2019, these homes will include a selection of 1-4-bedroom properties, including apartments and family homes.<\/p>\n

Cllr. O\u2019Neill and Ms. Belton also had the opportunity to see the first streets of completed homes, which are now occupied by The Quarry\u2019s first residents. This visit follows the Leader\u2019s tour of The Quarry<\/a> last spring, prior to the first residents moving in.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Councillor Teresa O\u2019Neill OBE, said: <\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s absolutely fantastic to see the progress being made on the site, especially now that people are living in the new homes.
