We deliver new build homes for sale across the country. Buying options include Help to Buy, L&Q Shared Ownership and outright sale.
Homes for rent
L&Q is one of the UK's largest landlords and deliver homes for private rent, intermediate market rent and London Living Rent homes where rents are subsidised by L&Q to enable savings towards homeownership.
Homes for resale
L&Q offer pre-owned shared ownership homes, also known as a resale. Resales homes available include traditional houses, flat conversions or apartments in new build developments.
