L&Q recognised at First Time Buyer Awards 2022

This year’s First Time Buyer Awards saw L&Q scoop two accolades – Best Large Development for The Quarry in Erith, in partnership with Anderson, and ‘Highly Commended’ in the Best Partnership Category for L&Q’s joint venture with Mount Anvil, The Silk District.

The prestigious industry awards hosted by First Time Buyer Magazine took place in London on the 2nd September 2022.

Shortlisted alongside tough competition, both wins highlight L&Q’s commitment to delivering crucial new affordable homes in prime London locations.
