We are reaching out to the residents who are directly affected by the construction of our L&Q development of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes, known as ‘The Arbour’ at Beaulieu.
We wanted to inform you of changes to our hours of operation:
Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm
Saturday: 8am – 3pm
During this period, we will endeavour to keep the noise disturbance to a minimum.
Over the next few months, our site team will continue forming the estate roads, erecting the timber frame and external brickwork facades and internal fitouts. The completion date for the entire development is planned for Autumn 2023.
If you have a urgent matter to discuss and require instant resolution, please contact a member of staff on site and please do adhere to the safe walking routes.
