The new Shared Ownership Model at Bold Street Pavillion
Buy a share of your new home from as little as 10% (based on affordability), with a deposit from just 10% of your share. You’ll pay a mortgage on what you own and subsidised rent to L&Q on the rest. All homes come with a 990-year lease and a 10-year repairs allowance, with up to £500 per year towards maintenance.
