Double win for L&Q at First Time Buyer Reader’s Awards – including Affordable Housing Provider of the Year

We are thrilled to announce L&Q picked up the highly competitive and prestigious Affordable Housing Provider of the Year accolade at this year’s First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards, along with Highly Commended for Best Use of Online Tools for our Beauchamp Park development in Warwickshire.

The Affordable Housing Provider of The Year award commends an organisation which has shown innovation in the way it ‘designs, builds and markets its properties.’  L&Q are a developer with a social purpose – we not only build homes for all stages of life, but help to grow thriving communities, too.

Helping 1465 buyers get onto the property ladder last year through Shared Ownership and Help-to-Buy, we are committed to helping those looking to take their first step to home ownership both inside and out of London.

Being innovative is key to success in a competitive market, which is why the Highly Commended for Best Use of Online Tools was such a fantastic win for the entire L&Q team.

Launching the first phase of homes at Beauchamp Park, Warwickshire in November 2021, the sales and marketing strategy reflected the new hybrid-digital world, and made use of pioneering new online tools, including a dedicated app and virtual fly through videos of the multi-phase development.
