We’re pleased to share that L&Q has been recognised at the 2025 WhatHouse? Awards, taking home Silver accolades for both Best Starter Home Scheme and Best Partnership Scheme.

This year’s event once again brought together leading developers and housing providers from across the country, celebrating the projects and partnerships shaping the future of new homes. L&Q is proud to be acknowledged for two developments that demonstrate the strength of our long-term joint ventures.

Kew Bridge Rise - Best Starter Home Scheme

Kew Bridge Rise, delivered in partnership with Hill Group UK, was awarded Silver for Best Starter Home Scheme. Situated between Brentford and Chiswick, the development is establishing a vibrant new community, with thoughtfully designed homes and a range of onsite amenities. With 50% of the homes designated as affordable, alongside shared facilities including a gym, co-working lounge and concierge, the scheme demonstrates our commitment to creating places that meet the needs of modern households in the capital.

Whalley Manor - Best Partnership Scheme

We also received Silver for Best Partnership Scheme for Whalley Manor, our joint venture with Lovell Homes. Located in Lancashire’s Ribble Valley, Whalley Manor delivers a collection of high-quality, energy-efficient homes designed around the needs of local families. The development reflects a shared commitment to long-term investment, community-focused placemaking and providing homes that are both attractive and attainable.

Thank you to our teams and our partners for their continued dedication. We’re delighted to see this work celebrated at one of the sector’s most respected award ceremonies, and we extend our congratulations to all of this year’s winners.
