You can recommend up to 3 friends or family members to purchase a home via Market Sale.

Terms and Conditions
1. L&Q and Anderson will provide a reduction of £1,000 of the purchase price to the buyer who has been recommended by an existing homeowner at The Quarry. L&Q and Anderson will provide £1,000 of gift vouchers to the homeowner at The Quarry who has recommended the buyer.
2. L&Q and Anderson will operate a recommend a friend incentive occasionally, requests will only be accepted when there is a live campaign and the person recommending the purchaser is in receipt of valid correspondence
3. Referrals from Shared Ownership residents are accepted but will be valid on the purchase of Market Sale homes only.
4.If you are purchasing as a result of a recommend a friend campaign this must be noted on the reservation form, along with the name, email address and address of the person that has recommended you before the sale is confirmed
5. Unless otherwise stated, the person referring must be a previous purchaser currently residing in a property at The Quarry that has completed the sale within the last 7 years from 2018 onwards. A maximum of 3 recommend a friend incentives will be paid per household
6. Any voucher or incentive is payable as per the terms and conditions within this document. £1,000 will be deducted from the purchase price on the reservation form and subsequent purchase transaction. The voucher to the existing homeowner who made the referral will be supplied within 75 days of completion of the referred purchase.
