Situated within the M25 and along the River Thames but yet outside the hustle and bustle of inner city London, The Quarry offers the perfect location – close to nature and yet close to The City. The area has benefited from the Thames Gateway Regeneration Scheme and now offers a park and walkways besides the River Thames, the Riverside shopping centre, a new library and a large Morrison’s supermarket. It is home to the largest leisure pier on the River Thames and has started hosting an exciting annual festival. The café and restaurant culture has really developed with good pubs, bars and restaurants on offer. For arts lovers there are well-respected theatres in Erith & Crayford, as well as a multiplex cinema in Bexleyheath.

Located in the heart of Erith, The Quarry enables residents to take advantage of the Zone 6 location only a 10 minute walk away from Erith Station. Trains here regularly run to London Cannon Street or London Bridge (a short 37 minute commute) or further out of London and into the Kent Countryside. Future plans for the Crossrail line will be accessible from Abbey Wood and Woolwich stations. The local bus routes also service the site, providing easy access to Woolwich, Erith and Bexleyheath town centre.
