Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Please be aware of fake accounts replicating the competition. L&Q and its partners will not ask for card details or money transfers associated with this competition.
  2. This competition is being run by L&Q.
  3. The giveaway is open to anyone who correctly enters the competition. You must be over 18 to enter. Staff members of L&Q are not eligible to enter the giveaway. No payment will be taken from any entrants.
  4. Entrants must follow lqsharedownership on Instagram, like the post advertising the competition and tag another user in the comments of the post advertising the competition.
  5. 1x winner will receive a voucher for a tasting menu for two with flight of wines at The Reading Room at The Roseate Hotel, Reading, 26 The Forbury, Berkshire, RG1 3EJ, worth £266.00.
  6. The voucher will be issued digitally and sent directly to the email inbox of the winner once the competition finishes on 20th May 2025.
  7. The prize draw closes on 20th May 2025. The winner will be selected by L&Q.
  8. The winner will be announced on Instagram, and further conversation will be via Instagram DM on or before 20th May 2025. lqsharedownership will ask for the winner to share their email address via DM, so that the voucher can be issued digitally. If the winner does not claim the prize within 24 hours, they will forfeit the prize and the prize will be re-assigned at L&Q’s discretion. To claim the prize the winner will need to follow the instructions in the email they receive.
  9. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete entries.
  10. In the event of a dispute L&Q’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. L&Q reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of the terms and conditions.

  13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
