Launch of brand-new show homes at L&Q at Bankside Gardens

Giving budding first-time buyers an exclusive look at our brand-new Shared Ownership show home at L&Q at Bankside Gardens, our team hosted an Open Day event on Saturday 18th May.
The event marked the launch of our new one and two-bedroom apartments at L&Q at Bankside Gardens, which are available exclusively through Shared Ownership.
On the day, aspiring buyers had the opportunity to speak with our sales team about the new homes, receive a tour of the newly unveiled show home and view the fantastic onsite amenities. The event was a chance for aspiring buyers to imagine their new life at this growing development, which includes access to the Residents’ Club 51, complete with onsite gym, co-working spaces and even a cinema room. Treated to refreshments and fresh canapes, the soothing acoustic melodies of local guitarist, James Needs, provided the soundtrack to the day. Guests were also able to receive free, impartial advice from financial advisors, Censeo, as well as tips on the Shared Ownership eligibility process.
