Shared Ownership Launch Event at Bankside

The Shared Ownership event held at Bankside Gardens, Reading Green Park on Saturday 28th October proved to be very popular with prospective buyers. It attracted a wide audience including those who live locally as well as people currently based further afield. Both L&Q staff and independent financial advisors from Censeo were available all afternoon to talk about the Shared Ownership scheme in more detail.
L&Q staff shared knowledge regarding eligibility, the application process and staircasing.
The event took place in The Residents’ Club 51, which includes all the fantastic amenities on-site the available to all residents. Guests enjoyed refreshments and popcorn served in the co-working spacing, encouraging the perfect work-life balance for residents. Whilst receiving a tour of the cinema room, gym and show home apartments from the team who were on hand throughout the event.

The event was a huge success and have plenty of people interested in the next phase.
