To mark the beginning of the festive season, Beauchamp Park hosted a Christmas lights switch-on event for the local community on Thursday 21st November. The evening was a great success, with local residents enjoying a variety of seasonal treats, including mulled wine, hot chocolate, and mince pies, and were also invited to personalise their own Christmas decorations.

The highlight of the evening was a performance of carols by The Leamingtones, a 10-strong choir from Warwick University, which set the stage for the first official switch on of Beauchamp Park’s 14ft Christmas tree lights. Guests were also invited to donate Children’s toys in support of local charity Acorns Children’s Hospice.

Nestled between the popular towns of Warwick and Leamington Spa, Beauchamp Park is a new, growing neighbourhood which has been designed with local people and families in mind. A wide range of homes are available including a collection of four- and five-bedroom detached houses currently for sale. Each property is finished with fully inclusive specifications, featuring contemporary kitchens with an integrated dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob and washer/dryer from AEG.
