We’re delighted that L&Q at Beaulieu has won Best Shared Ownership Development at the 2020 Evening Standard New Homes Awards.

These awards recognise developments that stand out from the crowd – with thoughtful design, good value for money, high quality homes and neighbourhoods that residents feel proud to be part of. The scheme has been winning fans in Government too; in July the Housing Minister Christopher Pincher visited the development and was impressed by the thriving community spirit.

our range of 432 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and two and three-bedroom houses, all available for Shared Ownership, proved equally popular with local residents. All four phases of Shared Ownership homes releases in 2019 were fully reserved within the first launch weekend, and nearly 90% of buyers were from the surrounding areas.

The ambitious development will ultimately deliver 3,600 new homes, as well as crucial infrastructure for the community including two schools, 62,000 sq. ft of commercial space and a 40,000 sq. ft business park.
