This £8 billion regeneration project is a joint venture between Related Argent and Barnet Council and forms a major part of the wider Brent Cross Cricklewood programme—the most ambitious redevelopment and growth initiative ever undertaken by Barnet Council.
Brent Cross Regeneration
A park town for future London
Brent Cross Town is set to become a vibrant new park town, delivering 6,700 new homes, office space supporting up to 25,000 jobs, and a lively new high street featuring over 50 spaces for retail, dining, and leisure, alongside new schools and community facilities.
Designed with sustainability at its core, Brent Cross Town aims to be carbon neutral by 2030 and will offer 50 acres of green space, including parks, playing fields, and state-of-the-art sports facilities—creating a community centred around health, wellbeing, and active living.
The new Brent Cross West mainline station will provide fast connections to Central London, while a network of enhanced walking and cycling routes will improve links with the surrounding area.
