Brent Cross Shopping Centre is just a 15-minute walk away. With over 80 stores ranging from high-street favourites to high-end icons, there’s plenty to explore. You’ll also find a wide selection of cafés, bars and restaurants offering everything from grab-and-go light bites to sit-down, savour-the-moment meals.
The centre is home to a variety of leisure activities for all ages, including the Game Over Escape Room and the Topsy Turvy soft play centre. And not forgetting Social Sports Brent Cross, featuring 10 top-of-the-line outdoor Padel courts.
Space to relax and unwind
Located next to our new homes at Brent Cross Town is Claremont Park, a beautifully designed green space for all ages to enjoy. It features imaginative play and sports facilities, water features, nature trails, a kiosk and public art, with free events and workshops taking place throughout the year.
Within the wider Brent Cross Town development, you’ll find Clitterhouse Playing Fields — 44 acres of new leisure and sports facilities set alongside pathways, natural landscapes and relaxing seating areas. The space will include 350 newly planted trees and nine acres of wildflower planting.

Well connected homes

With up to eight trains per hour, you can reach King’s Cross in under 20 minutes^. Brent Cross station, on the Edgware branch of the Northern line, is the nearest Underground stop, taking you to the West End in just 20 minutes^.

In addition, the location is well connected by road — just a few minutes from Junction 1 of the M1, the A41 Hendon Way (which connects to the A1), and directly adjacent to the A406 North Circular.
