On Saturday, 4th November, L&Q partnered with Willmott Dixon to host a fantastic community event at D’Urton Grange, Broughton, bringing together new residents, local community members, and the teams behind the development.
Build Progress Celebrated with Winter Community Event
The event was a celebration of the progress made on the new homes while strengthening relationships with the local community. It provided a valuable opportunity for both new and existing residents to engage directly with the builders and sales team, ask questions, and learn more about the development.
Despite the wet weather, attendees enjoyed a variety of refreshments and children’s activities, while L&Q’s sales team offered guided tours of the show homes. Meanwhile, Willmott Dixon representatives were on hand to discuss the ongoing construction work and future plans for the site.
A key focus of the event was highlighting the £20,000 investment that L&Q and Willmott Dixon have contributed to local community projects over the past year, reinforcing their commitment to supporting and enhancing the area.
With marquees set up along the rear of the development, the event fostered a strong sense of community spirit, allowing local residents to connect, share their thoughts, and feel involved in the growth of D’Urton Grange.
