Redevelopment in South East London
SE6 is at the centre of a multi-million pound regeneration programme.

Vibrant area of South East London
Nestled inbetween Catford and Hither Green, Exclaibur is positioned within a vibrant area of South East London with plenty of places to live, shop and relax. The area is already appealing to more and more buyers who are attracted by SE6’s lower than average house prices and by the benefits of its multi-million pound regeneration programme.
With the redevelopment of the shopping centre and the newly pedestrianised Broadway, shopping in Catford has never looked better. There are independent shops, cafés and a regular market to enjoy. For eating, drinking and nightlife, hip new bars and restaurants are emerging and Catford’s historic Broadway Theatre puts on shows for today’s audiences.
