Terms and Conditions

  1. This competition is being run in partnership with L&Q and Thames Lido.
  2. The giveaway is open to anyone who correctly enters the competition. You must be over 18 to enter. Staff members of L&Q and Thames Lido are not eligible to enter the giveaway. No payment will be taken from any entrants.
  3. Entrants must like the competition post on @lqsharedownership Instagram, tag a friend in the comments and follow @lqsharedownership and @thameslido.
  4. Please be aware of fake accounts replicating the competition. L&Q will never ask you to click on a link or provide payment details.
  5. There will be 1 winner, who will receive 2 “Swim & Lunch Packages” for the Thames Lido. The winner will need to meet entry terms and conditions. If they do not meet these terms, the competition will be redrawn.
  6. The voucher cannot be exchanged for money, or any other type of goods and cannot be regifted to another person.
  7. The prize draw closes at on 18th March. A computer programme will be used to randomly generate the winner.
  8. The winner will be notified via Instagram, with a DM asking for an email address and further contact details.
  9. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete entries.
  10. In the event of a dispute, L&Q’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. L&Q reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of the terms and conditions.
  12. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
  13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
  16. All participants and entrants in this completion completely release Instagram of all liability.
  17. By entering into this competition, you acknowledge that the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta or any other social media used throughout the promotion.
