Held at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in Westminster, the Share to Buy-hosted show will welcome thousands of hopeful buyers again this year – and as one of the UK’s largest affordable housing providers, we’re once again on hand to provide information, advice and support for those looking to take their first step on the property ladder.
As well as showcasing the wide range of Shared Ownership and Market Sale properties currently available both inside and outside of London, we will also be offering exclusive incentives of up to £6,000 towards a holiday* until the end of April.
Hoping to buy your first home, but haven’t managed to save up the deposit yet? Our team will also have information on the innovative London Living Rent scheme, which offers discounted rent to those hoping to buy, but who currently can’t afford it. With properties available to rent across the capital for up to 50% less than the market rate, the Government scheme can be a fantastic way to help save for a deposit in London.
Alongside the popular ‘Affordability Workshops’, offering buyers the chance to hear from first time buyer mortgage specialists, and ‘Ask The Expert’ sessions throughout the day, a new seminar will also allow buyers to put their legal questions to a panel – creating the ultimate one stop shop for all your home ownership queries.
