New Movers survey reveals happy L&Q purchasers

 

An independent survey of new L&Q residents reveals high levels of customer satisfaction.

Run by TLF Research, the New Movers survey was completed by nearly 200 residents who moved into an L&Q home in the third quarter of 2021.

 

Key results from the report include:

  • 100% of movers were satisfied/very satisfied with the development in which they live
  • 95% of movers were satisfied/very satisfied with the layout of their new home
  • 94.9% of movers were satisfied/very satisfied with the service given by the sales representative throughout the sales process

Fifty one percent of those surveyed bought through Shared Ownership or private sale, whilst 49% are now renting an L&Q home.

 

One mover commented, “I have been very pleased with the service, the spec, and the quality of build, which is good for the price”.  Another purchaser commented on the process and the added extras from L&Q, “The whole transition was done very smoothly. After arriving the house was nice. We had a goodwill gesture and a gift hamper waiting for us, it’s a nice to way to welcome us.”
