Saxon Reach Sales Suite Reopens
Following updated government guidance, we’ve now restarted more of our operations and are pleased to announce that we will be opening our Sales and Marketing Suite at Saxon Reach. Operating on an appointment-only basis, we have put extra measures in place to ensure the wellbeing of both our customers and our colleagues.
Helping prospective homeowners purchase a home is important to us, and we’re pleased that we can now offer additional support and advice on a one to one basis. Social distancing will be implemented for all appointments, with a maximum of two adults from one household at a time permitted into the Sales Suite and show home. We are also still operating digitally, for those who would prefer to speak to someone from the comfort of their own home via phone, email and by virtual tour.
Hopeful buyers can view our recently launched 3D floorplans online or in our Sales Suite, and choose between the three layouts which have been individually designed to suit either families, young couples or downsizers. With varying setups, from open plan kitchen and dining areas, to separate living rooms and additional space for a home office, or children’s playroom the three and four bedroom homes at Saxon Reach are ideal for a range of buyers.
When complete, Saxon Reach will form a collection of 225 new homes just outside of Milton Keynes, offering a mix of one to five bedroom homes.
