Over half of new homes now reserved at The Quarry

More than 60% new homes released at The Quarry, in Erith, have been reserved in less than one month, as prospective buyers show high demand to join the thriving new eco-development

It’s been an exciting few weeks at The Quarry, with 60% of the 59 homes in the development’s latest phase of sales already reserved. The range of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes have ticked all the boxes of both first-time buyers and families, who are now set to join the growing community at this fantastic eco-development.

Vicky Savage, London Managing Director at L&Q, said:

“Following the previous two sell-out phases at The Quarry, we are delighted that this new release of homes has proved equally popular. Over the last few months we’ve seen the success of two fantastic resident-led events, the Big Lunch and Car Free Day, which have strengthened the bonds between all those living at the development. There’s no doubt that The Quarry has created something truly special through its strong sense of community and ecologically conscious values.”

Prospective homeowners have fallen in love with the spacious interiors that are flooded with natural light, as well as the generous outdoor areas that accompany each property. The community feel of The Quarry is what makes this development so unique and it’s been easy for future residents to imagine themselves as part of this family-friendly neighbourhood.

Sean Emmett, Group Development Director at The Anderson Group, commented:

“We’ve loved seeing The Quarry transform from an unused quarry into the thriving neighbourhood that we see today. With over half of the homes in this new release now reserved, we’re thrilled to see the popularity of the site grow as more people find their dream home here!”

Mo Clarke, Sales Associate, South Region at L&Q, added:

“It’s been incredible to see the huge level of enthusiasm from everyone who has come to visit The Quarry’s show home following the release of new homes – a selection of 1 and 2-bed apartments and 3 and 4-bedroom houses. People are really excited, not just about the development itself, but also the fact that a new primary school will be built on the development in the future. We can’t wait to welcome all the new faces to the community!”

A selection of  2, 3 and 4-bedroom properties are still available to purchase at The Quarry, with prices starting from £285,00 for a two-bedroom apartment.
