From family houses in Lancashire to landmark apartment developments in London, these shortlistings reflect the strength and variety of our offering.

Our D’Urton Grange development in Lancashire, shortlisted for Best First Time Buyer Family Home, provides beautifully designed, energy-efficient homes in a community-focused setting.

In London, Shared Ownership at Barking Riverside has been recognised for Best New Development in the South, where we’re bringing Shared Ownership to one of the capital’s most significant regeneration areas. With public facilities in place, and commercial and leisure amenities set to come alongside a resident-only gym, shared podium gardens, a co-working space and a concierge service, it’s fast becoming a destination of choice for new buyers.

We’re also proud to see L&Q at Bankside Gardens in Reading shortlisted for Best First Time Buyer Apartment. Whilst recognised for its individual apartments, the development goes beyond homes, offering residents premium facilities including a gym, concierge, and co-working space, all within a lakeside setting with excellent transport links.

Kew Bridge Rise, our joint venture with The Hill Group, has been recognised for Best Partnership, celebrating how collaboration can lead to better outcomes for residents. With half of the homes classed as affordable, and shared access to high-quality amenities regardless of tenure, this partnership is delivering inclusive housing in West London.

The shortlisting for Best Show Home at L&Q at Kidbrooke Village highlights our understanding of the first-time buyer mindset. Styled affordably and accessibly by Haus Interiors, the three-bedroom show apartment has resonated so strongly that every unit of its type in the current phase has already sold.

Our recognition for Best Large Development celebrates the continued success of The Quarry in Erith. A once-disused site that’s now a thriving neighbourhood with almost 300 new households, the development is home to a new school, supermarket, and eco-conscious landscaping that sets the benchmark for sustainable urban living.

Rounding off our shortlistings is Prime Point, which is in the running for Best Off-Plan Development. Located in Greenwich Peninsula, the development is an excellent example of what’s possible when design, location and affordability align – with 70% of homes designated affordable, and a wide mix of Shared Ownership, London Living Rent, and private sale options.

These shortlistings acknowledge the diversity and quality of the homes we build, and we’re delighted to have been recognised for our commitment towards delivering homeownership that’s within reach for everyone.
