We are thrilled to announce that Parklands, our first phase of homes at Barking Riverside, has been shortlisted for this year’s British Homes Awards.

Nominated for the Housing Crisis Solution award, Parklands offers one bedroom apartments through to four bedroom townhouses, with all homes available through either Shared Ownership or London Help to Buy – giving buyers a unique opportunity to buy at the very start of this exciting new neighbourhood.
