Be sure not to miss Rochester’s famous annual Dickensian Summer and Christmas Festivals.
Just under 40 minutes drive away is the historic city of Canterbury, renowned for its rich history, stunning architecture and vibrant cultural scene.
Open green space to enjoy
Capstone Farm Country Park is just a 4 minute drive up the road, 282 acres of public park land which includes meadows, ancient woodlands, old orchards and a picturesque freshwater lake. The park has several trails suitable for walking, hiking and cycling whist the lake is a popular spot for fishing. Children of all ages will love the two play areas. Either bring a picnic or the lakeside café provides a scenic spot for refreshments.

There are two primary schools a short distance from Capstone Green both with a Good Ofsted rating. Luton Primary School is a 10 minute walk away, with a three-form entry for children aged 3 to 11 years.
Just a 3 minute drive, or 20 minute walk, away is Kingfisher Primary School. A single form primary school for children aged 4-11 years with a nursery provisions for children aged 3-4 years. The school is a member of the Griffin Schools Trust.
