The shortlist for the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards 2021 has been revealed and we are delighted to announce that two L&Q developments have been included.
Recognising housebuilders and housing associations for their dedication to first time buyers, the prestigious awards are now in their 12th year.
Shortlisted for the Best Development in the South, L&Q at Kidbrooke Village offers 379 one, two and three bedroom apartments through Shared Ownership, in the popular Royal Borough of Greenwich. Along with pedestrian and cycle routes across the development, the 136 acres of open space includes two parks and a nature reserve on top of the shops, pubs and restaurants within Pegler Square. A testament to the fantastic joint venture with Countryside, Beaulieu has been shortlisted for Best Partnership.
