L&Q shortlisted for three awards in the 2026 First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards

L&Q is delighted to have been shortlisted in three categories for the 2026 First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards.

An annual celebration for those supporting first time buyers with their first step onto the property ladder, the awards are now in their 16^th year – with winners selected through a combination of public voting and an expert judging panel.

To be shortlisted for three awards is a huge honour, with the categories reflecting the variety of homes and support L&Q offers to first time buyers, both in and outside of the capital.
