L&Q celebrates Greenwich’s thriving cultural scene at Brassworks 2026
With homes across the Royal Borough of Greenwich, L&Q was proud to support one of the area’s biggest free cultural events this weekend, as Brassworks 2026 returned to Woolwich Works.
Taking place on Saturday 5th September, South London’s largest free brass music festival brought Woolwich to life with brass bands, street performances and family-friendly entertainment, welcoming people from across the borough and beyond for a day of live music.
L&Q sponsored this year’s event, helping to keep Brassworks free and accessible to the local community. With homes at Prime Point on Greenwich Peninsula, the event was also a great opportunity to celebrate the fantastic arts, culture and experiences that residents can enjoy across the borough.
From live music and theatre to exhibitions, festivals and community events, Greenwich has plenty going on throughout the year. Woolwich Works has become a major part of that cultural scene, joining much-loved Greenwich landmarks such as the Old Royal Naval College and National Maritime Museum.
